We understand your concern regarding the recurring charge on your account.
The charge labeled "Safety Course 8008302268" (or something similar) is for the auto-renewal of your online safety course.
This option is offered during the registration process and was selected by the registrant to automatically renew every 30 days until the course is either completed or the renewal is canceled.
To cancel auto-renewal:
- Log into your account and navigate to the Edit Profile page.
- Uncheck the box next to "Automatically renew my course."
Once this is updated, the auto-renew feature will be disabled, and no further charges will be made.
