Once you’ve completed and passed your course, your permanent certification card will be mailed within 3 to 5 weeks.
Delivery Details:
- Mail Carrier: Cards are sent via USPS in a plain white envelope with no markings indicating it is your certification.
- Shipping Origin:
- In some states, cards are mailed directly from the state agency.
- In others, they are sent by our facility.
International and Rural Addresses:
We’ve found that mail delivery may occasionally be delayed for rural addresses in Canada and Europe. If you haven't received your card within the expected timeframe and believe your address may be affected, please contact us at 800-830-2268 for further assistance.
